It is another beautiful summer day here in the Triangle. There are so many great outdoor activities in the area, and today we are filming at the Diavolo disc golf course, one of the best courses in the world based on over 2 million ratings worldwide. It was designed with advanced players in mind, but there are some beginner tee boxes and everyone can enjoy it.
In addition to the disc golf course, the American Tobacco Trail is a 22-mile trail that crosses through Durham, Chatham, and Wake counties. The trail is open to hikers, cyclists, wheelchair users, and equestrians. It is a great place to walk and think or just get away from it all. It is on the top of our Triangle happy place list.
Speaking of happy places, there are a few fantastic neighborhoods that are along the tobacco trail that I wanted to showcase for all of you today.
“There are so many great outdoor activities throughout the Triangle area.”
Some of the most respected and sought-after home builders such as Upton, Upright, Wagner, Hearst, Poythress, and more have built properties in Montvale. There are about 110 homesites in this neighborhood that are almost all sold out. Pricing reflects the level of luxury, outstanding location, and homebuilder quality. Prices are going up nearly every day here in Montvale, and the median price is hovering between $1.2 and $1.3 million right now.
At 3:20, you can see another great neighborhood, Copper Leaf. It was started in 2008 and there are now 175 executive-style homes in the neighborhood. The Triangle’s very best custom builders have built properties here as well. The average price is a little over $1.1 million and the maturity of this neighborhood gives it a nice, relaxed vibe. Ponds, trails, and a community pool are just a few of the great amenities in Copper Leaf.
If you have any questions about these fantastic communities or anything else related to real estate, do not hesitate to reach out via phone or email. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
