Here are just a few of the many things you can enjoy when you visit Cary.

Whether you are a buyer, seller, or investor, the real estate market can be incredibly stressful right now. So, to hopefully ease some of the tension we have all been feeling, today we will be sharing some fun and relaxing things you can do in Cary, North Carolina.

“Downtown Cary is currently in the middle of a sweeping revitalization process, but extra care is being taken to ensure its wonderful history remains intact.”

We would also like to welcome Olivia Green, our new executive assistant, to the Saye Triangle Realty team. She brings a lot to our business, and we know she will provide our clients with value and insight throughout the buying and selling processes. Olivia has also lived in Cary her entire life, so she is able to fill us all in on some of the best things our area has to offer.

Downtown is currently in the middle of a sweeping revitalization process, and extra care is being taken to ensure its wonderful history remains intact. In the heart of this urban environment is Cary’s Downtown Park, which offers a beautiful gathering spot for the community. Residents can enjoy outdoor music, performances, movies, art, games, and tons of other recreational activities whenever they visit.

The Mayton Inn is a boutique hotel in the downtown area that provides great service, fine dining, and a well-stocked bar. Inside the beautiful Ashworth Village is Ashworth Drugs, an authentic soda bar that offers the best hot dogs in town. Downtown is also home to dozens of quaint shops, galleries, boutiques, and fine dining restaurants. We also have the Cary theater, which was built in 1946 and is now a multi-use cultural facility that provides films, plays, comedy, and more. Great craft breweries are a must in any exciting revitalization and Cary boasts several of them. Two favorites include Cotton House and Bond Brothers. Bond Brothers was even voted the best new brewery in America by USA Today in 2017.
