May your holidays be filled with deep joy and reflective gratitude!

This is a great time to pause and think deeply about what we are thankful for, we quickly realize there are actually so many things that deserve our gratitude. Today, in the spirit of the holidays, I am sharing just some of the amazing things I am grateful for; 2020 was a challenging year for so many people, and I don’t want to take anything for granted.

For example, I am grateful for my mother, and for the fact that I can still talk to her on the phone (even though she would likely tell you that I do not call nearly as often as I should). Nevertheless, she is always glad to hear from me, and we have wonderful conversations. She is so full of love, and that’s always greatly appreciated.

I am certainly grateful for my wife and all that she does for our family, especially this year; as many of you know, Lisa is a nurse, so to say it has been a trying time would be an understatement. She has also had to deal with a lot of other developments within the family that have made things more difficult. That said, my entire family and I are so incredibly thankful for her resilience and spirit.

Speaking of family, I am beyond grateful for the health of my children and grandchildren. It is a particularly joyous time of year for our youngest grandchild, Scarlett, who underwent a very long but successful heart procedure. After just two weeks, you would never have guessed that she had recently endured a five-hour surgery.

“It means the world to me that so many of you have placed (and continue to place) your trust in my expertise.”

This year, there has also been a lot of personal growth on my part, which I am proud of. I am so glad that God has given me the strength to take positive steps forward, as that is never an easy thing to do.

Finally, I am so grateful to all of my clients and friends, both old and new, and for the many repeat and referral clients that bless my business. It is a special honor to serve the real estate needs of all your friends and family, and it means the world to me that so many of you have placed (and continue to place) your trust in my expertise.

Of course, I could not do it without my exceptional team and business partners—they make all the magic happen! My transaction coordinator holds everything together, my stellar marketing team helps homes get maximum exposure, my skilled photographer captures properties in their best light, and the rest of my team works diligently to ensure smooth transactions for our clients.

I hope you have a wonderful holiday season, a very merry Christmas (or “Feliz Navidad”), a happy Hanukkah, or a truly special commemoration of whatever faith you belong to. May many blessings come to us all and our country in the new year!
