Saye Triangle Realty was created in March 2013 by Hank to begin an entrepreneurial business journey, chase his dream, and help others achieve their goals and dreams. Hank spent 30 years in the semiconductor industry rising from sales to Executive sales management positions with several industry leaders. During this time he led international sales teams and traveled the globe. His real estate aspirations dated back to college, and 2013 presented the opportunity to make the leap into the real estate business.
We have grown each year since our inception, and Hank attributes the company’s growth and success to several things. First, the company goal has always been really simple; “continuously strive for 100% client satisfaction and serve others through knowledge, integrity, and commitment.” The company has continued to expand through really hard work and commitment to the goal of client satisfaction. Hank now ranks among the top 1% - 2% of all agents in the Triangle.
